Several Restaurants With Electric Power Trouble Friday Night in Downtown Arlington Heights

Arlington Heights police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 8:28 PM Friday to Harry’s of Arlington, 1 North Vail Avenue Arlington Heights, IL. Police and firefighter/paramedics investigated a burning odor and possible electrical problems in the area near Harry’s of Arlington.

Firefighters found no problem inside Harry’s of Arlington, but noted possibly power outages in the area. Harry’s appeared to have a partial power disruption.

Most firefighters immediately left the area.

A few restaurants downtown had at least partial power disruptions. It’s probably best to call ahead before heading out for a late night bite.

The power disruptions started about 8:10 p.m.
