Illinois State Trooper Dragged by Driver in Silver Dodge SUV Near Racine Ave and Congress Pkwy, Chicago

Chicago police and Illinois State police responded to assist an Illinois State Police trooper 2:23 AM Wednesday Racine Avenue and Congress Parkway. Police after the driver of a silver Dodge carryall/SUV with temporary tags dragged an Illinois State Police trooper near Racine Avenue and Congress Parkway.

The suspected driver was described as a 26-year-old female/black 5’4″ 165 LBS tattoo on right arm, back and neck. The suspect dragged an Illinois State Trooper.

The silver Dodge was last scene fleeing southbound on Racine Avenue from Interstate 290.

The condition of the Illinois State Trooper is not known at this time.

The suspect was in custody by about 3:35 a.m.
