Man Who Was Harassing Customers Arrested at McDonald’s at Arlington Heights Rd and Palatine Rd, Arlington Heights

Arlington Heights police responded about 4:56 PM Wednesday to a report of an intoxicated subject at McDonald’s, 1920 North Arlington Heights Road Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that the intoxicated subject had open alcohol, and was harassing customers. When police arrived, the subject began directing profanity at the police officers who arrived.

The man was identified as Scott A. Auck, age 47, of the 2300 block of North Huron Street in Arlington Heights. he was asked to leave, but refused. A brief struggle occurred while police attempted handcuff Auck. He was then arrested and transported to Arlington Heights Police Department Headquarters.. An empty bottle of mouthwash was found in Auck’s jacket. It was unknown if or when he consumed the contents of the bottle.

Scott A Auck was charged with Aggravated Assault and Resisting a Police Officer. His court date is October 21, 2013.
