Man Arrested for Trespassing Near the Barns at Arlington International, Arlington Heights

Arlington Heights police responded about 6:37 PM Friday to a report of criminal trespass at Arlington International Racecourse, 2200 West Euclid Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that a subject, who had previously been warned not to return to the race track, was found in his Lexus RX 400.

Race track security initially saw him driving on the property inside of Gate 9, which is on the northwest side of the propert near Rohlwing Road.

Police contacted the subject at the race track and because previous trespass warnings were ignored, the man was arrested.

Francisco G. Giles, 23, of the 3600 block of South Laramie, Cicero was arrested and charged with trespassing.

Court date is October 11, 2013 at Rolling Meadows Circuit Court.
