Most of Illinois is clear of clouds, but Wisconsin has clouds covering most of the state. Any clouds over northeast Illinois are expected to decrease during the day. Winds about 10 mph with gusts 15-17 mph from the North are expected to diminish starting about 4:00 p.m.
