Police Officer Punched in Arm on Verbal Domestic Dispute Call at Apartment on North Arlington Heights Rd, Arlington Heights

Arlington Heights police responded about 1:29 PM Friday to a report of a domestic dispute at an apartment building at 200 North Arlington Heights Road Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that a male and female were involved in a verbal domestic dispute. Police arrived immediately and when one of the police officers was attempting to keep the male and female subjects separated, he was punched in the arm by the female subject. The police officer was not injured.

The female was transported in custody to Arlington Heights Police Department Headquarters and charged with battery. She was later released on bond to a friend that was not involved in the dispute.
