Retail Theft Suspect Flees After Questions About Stolen Product At Ulta Beauty On Rand Rd, Arlington Heights

Arlington Heights police responded about 10:08 AM Monday to a report of a retail theft suspect that fled from Ulta Beauty 456 East Rand Road Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that an offender was observed putting a bottle of Chanel Bleu valued at $50 in his pocket. He was confronted by the manager, but the offender sprinted away to a gold Dodge Durango. It is unknown if there was a getaway driver, or if the offender was the driver.

The offender is described as male/black 5’10” 175 LBS, wearing a blue windbreaker with a DePaul university logo, and a black baseball hat.

The suspect also had a noticeable gap between his upper front teeth.

The crime is reported to have occurred on Thursday, June 13 2013 at 10:07 a.m.
