Mount Prospect police responded about 11:45 AM Friday to a report of a retail theft suspect detained at Kohl’s 1500 South Elmhurst Road Mount Prospect, IL. Police received a report that an offender a Des Plaines resident was detained after a loss prevention agent witnessed him remove two shirts from his pants in the parking lot.
Police also recovered an Apple iPhone case that the loss prevention saw the suspect take.
Value of the items are estimated over $90.
Court date is July 19, 2013.
