Arlington Heights police responded about 10:19 PM Friday to an armed robbery at Forest View Fitness Center, 800 East Falcon Drive Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that two offenders approached the caller and robbed the victim of two cell phones and cash.
The offenders were described as two male/black subjects. One of the men was carrying a handgun. One was wearing a hoodie. No clothing description was available for the second male/black subject. Both were wearing unknown color baseball hats.
The offenders were last seen heading southbound on foot “within the past few minutes.”
Police searched the area and brought in a K-9 unit. The track ended in the street in a neighborhood near the fitness center.
