VIDEO: Tire in Grandstand at DRIVE4COPD at Daytona Resulting from Destruction of Kyle Larson Car #32

#ad▼

Video taken from the grandstands at NASCAR DRIVE4COPD 300 at Daytona, shows another fan who got hit by tire.

At least one fan who witnessed the event caught it on camera and uploaded it to YouTube only to have it blocked by NASCAR on copyright violations and/or other violations just minutes after it went live.

The video takedown brought protests from observers who see the use of the copyright violation procedures as improper use of the Digital Millenium Copyright Act.

None of the injured can be seen in the video. Only fans tending to an injured person, the race car wheel in a seat, and fans frantically trying to get the attention of first responders and authorities are visible in the video.
