Retail Theft Offenders Caught on Video But Not in Person at Ulta, on Rand Rd, Arlington Heights

Arlington Heights police received a report about 6:15 PM Tuesday, February 5, 2013 of retail theft at Ulta, 456 East Rand Road Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that missing items were discovered during an inventory and the thefts were confirmed on video.

On video, offenders were seen removing six bottles of men’s cologne valued at $431.
Offender #1 was described as a male/white, 20 to 27 years-old, average build with short crew cut black hair, wearing a black shirt with gold lettering, black basketball shorts, and black/white shoes.

Offender #2 fwas described as a male/white subject, 20 to 27years-old, average build with black parted hair, wearing a black coat, a gray scarf, black pants, and black shoes.
