Arlington Heights police responded about 11:08 AM Wednesday to a report of theft of a wallet at Panera Bread, 5 West Rand Road Arlington Heights, IL. The offender is described as a male/black with a gray and blue winter jacket and a gray knit hat and scarf.
One offender pretended to get his hand caught in the door. When the woman helped the man with his “trapped” hand, another offender grabbed the wallet out of her purse.
The second offender was only described as a male/black subject.
