TomTom GPS Taken from Unlocked Vehicle on North Harvard Avenue, Arlington Heights

Arlington Heights police received a report about 9:00 AM Thursday of a vehicle burglary* in the 800 block of N. Harvard Ave on the driveway. Police received a report that an unknown offender or offenders entered an UNLOCKED beige 1997 Infiniti I30 and removed a TomTom GPS valued at $200.

The crime is reported to have occurred between Tuesday, October 16, 2012 at 4:00 p.m. and Thursday, October 18, 2012 at 9:00 a.m.

* The time of report to police may have been later.
