Arlington Heights police received a report Monday, October 29, 2012 of a theft of motor vehicle parts at Bob Rohrman Arlington Nissan, 1100 West Dundee Road. Police received a report that an unknown offender or offenders used some type of cutting tool to remove the full-sized spare tire from underneath twenty Nissan “NV” vans. The tires are 17-in Firestone Transforce LT245 Light Truck tires mounted on Nissan rims with a total replacement cost of $21,800.16, which includes labor costs.
The crime is reported to have occurred Monday, October 22, 2012 at 7:00 a.m. and Monday, October 29, 2012 at 7:00 a.m.
