Suspicious Man Attempts to Get in Car While Teen Girls Wait for Their Mom Shopping in Jewel-Osco on Vail Ave, Arlington Heights

Arlington Heights police responded about 9:08 PM Wednesday to a suspicious incident in the Jewel-Osco parking lot at 122 North Vail Avenue. Police received a report that a man attempted to get in a vehicle while two teen females were waiting in their parked car while their mother was shopping inside the Jewel-Osco.

The suspicious subject was described as a male/black, 25-30 years-old wearing a gray sweatshirt and jeans. The subject was driving a green station that waslast seen westbound on Wing Street. The subject also seemed disoriented or “under the influence.”
