Bikes Recovered, Scooter Not Recovered: Residential Burglary from Open Garage on North Chestnut Ave, Arlington Heights

Arlington Heights police received a report Monday of a residential burglary in the 1700 block of North Chestnut Avenue. Police received a report that an unknown offender or offenders entered the open garage and removed two bicycles which were found abandoned in the area and a purple Hanna Montana electric scooter valued at $250 which has not been recovered.

Bicycles were recently recovered in the 1600 block of North Pine Avenue and on East Clarendon Avenue.

The crime is reported to have occurred between Sunday, September 30, 2012 at 11:00 p.m. and Monday, October 1, 2012 at 6:00 a.m.
