Worker’s Arm Caught in Machine At Commercial Building on Wheeling Rd, Wheeling

Wheeling police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 6:04 AM Sunday to an industrial accident at Segerdahl, 1351 South Wheeling Road. Firefighter/paramedics received a report that a person had their arm caught in a machine. The person was freed from the machine before rescuers arrived. No word on injuries or the condition of the victim. This the second day in a row in the northwest suburbs when a person was caught in an industrial machine. Yesterday a man was caught in a machine at a commercial building on Platt Boulevard in Elk Grove Village.
