Buffalo Grove police responded about 6:19 AM Sunday to a check for well-being at Burger King, 80 North McHenry Road. Police received a report that a customer came through the drive-thru, but when they asked him to pull up and wait for his food, he just waited appearing to be sleeping.
He did pull up and then slept for about an hour after they tried to wake him up.
Police arrested the man DUI at about 6:32 a.m. The male driver was transported in custody about to Buffalo Grove Police Department Headquarters.
