Schaumburg police responded about 1:19 PM Friday of a fight in progress with one subject with a knife in the 300 block of North Braintree. Police received a report that the fight was breaking up with two male/black subjects at the scene, and three male/Hispanic subjects fleeing west on Colwyn Drive. One of the male/Hispanic subjects was reported to have had the knife.
Firefighter/paramedics were called to the 1300 block of Colwyn Drive for a battery victim with a leg injury.
