Elk Grove Village firefighter/paramedics and Illinois State Police responded about 8:32 PM Sunday to a personal injury crash with entrapment on northbound Route 53, south of Biesterfield. Firefighter/paramedics received a report that one male was unconscious in an overturned vehicle.
Firefighters on the scene reported two vehicles involved at the bottom of the ramp from Thorndale Avenue.
