Female “Teen Passed Out” on Ground Was Sleeping on Circle Hill Drive, Arlington Heights

Arlington Heights police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 5:05 a.m. Tuesday to a report of a female teen that was unconscious on the ground in the 300 block of Circle Hill Drive. Police arrived within two minutes and reported the subject was OK — apparently sleeping. Police held up the ambulance response to the scene. Firefighter/paramedics continued to the call, just to double-check the female and confirmed no problem at the scene.
