Palatine police responded about 5:41 p.m. Wednesday to a report of a hit-and-run crash at Euclid Avenue and Quentin Road. Police first received a report of a head-on collision, but then were updated that the crash was a hit-and-run.
The offending vehicle was described as a silver Saab convertible with a black top. The vehicle was last seen eastbound on Euclid Avenue. No injuries were reported.
