Cross-Dressing Solicitor Investigated at the Phillips 66 Station, Route 14, Palatine

Palatine police respond about 5:41 p.m. Thursday to a report of a suspicious person at the Phillips 66 station at 850 East Northwest Highway. Police received a report that a man dressed as a woman was going in and out of his truck, and approaching people and asking for money. Palatine police investigated the man, and the situation was resolved. No word on any arrests.
