Schaumburg police responded about 5:39 p.m. Tuesday to a report of retail theft in progress at Express at Woodfield Mall. Express loss control personnel and Woodfield Mall security personnel responded. The suspects were described as three female/black subjects about 20-years-old. One of the subjects was described as about 5’6″ 170 LBS carrying a Charlotte Russe bag. Schaumburg police caught up with the suspects by 5:48 p.m. and were investigating.
