Arlington Heights police received a report that an offender was seen running through the neighborhood of Partridge Lane and Wilke Road wearing only his boots. The subject may have been holding an alcoholic beverage in his hand.
The streak is reported to have occurred on Thursday, January 12th, 2012 at 10:50 p.m.
The offender was described as a male/white, about 50 years-old.
