Buffalo Grove police received a report of harassment by telephone received in the 2700 block of Sandalwood Road.Caretaker reported that a known subject was harassing the couple that she is caring for. The subject is requesting personal information from the couple. The couple had given the subject a sizeable amount of money in the past for investments that have proven to be bogus. Buffalo Grove police spoke with the subject and it was agreed that the subject would make no further contacts. He agree that if he needs to speak with the couple, he would do it through an attorney.
The phone call is reported to have occurred at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, December 30, 2011.
