Couple Arrives Home, Interrupts Burglary in Progress on Suffield Terrace, Schaumburg

Schaumburg police responded about 6:19 p.m. Wednesday, November 23, 2011 to a report of a burglary in progress in the 800 block of Suffield Terrace. Police received a report that a couple came home and interrupted a burglary in their residence. As soon as they arrived home, two male offenders ran out of their residence and fled in a dark sedan — possibly a Toyota. The vehicle had a GPS on the dashboard, and the offenders fled out of the cul-de-sac and turned toward an unknown direction of travel on Kinsport Drive.
