Elk Grove Village police received a report about 11:17 a.m. Tuesday of a theft in near the intersection of Pratt and Lively, Elk Grove Village. Police received a report that an unknown female drove up to a work truck in a blue minivan. She then took the keys from the truck, and left the area in the blue minivan.
The offender was described as a female/white about 45-years-old, wearing a blue sweatshirt and blue jeans.
