Hoffman Estate police responded about 2:25 p.m. Wednesday to a bank robbery at the TCF Bank — Roselle Road Jewel Branch, 1069 Roselle Road. The suspect was armed with a dark-colored handgun and left the bank with U.S. cash.
The suspect was described as a male/white, about late 20’s to 30-years-old, wearing a dark green army hoodie, dark blue pants or jeans and sunglasses.
The suspect was reported to be driving a silver subcompact 2-door vehicle with damage on the left quarter panel.
