Additional Residential Burglaries in Buffalo Grove Neighborhood Northwest of Lake Cook Rd and Milwaukee Ave

Buffalo Grove police responded about 9:12 p.m. Sunday to a report of a residential burglary in the 0-99 block of Linden Avenue. Police received a report that a rear window was broken and a rear door was open. The burglary possibly had just occurred because “money was found on the ground”. Buffalo Grove police immediately set up a search area.

Next, Buffalo Grove police responded about 10:19 p.m. Sunday police responded to a report of a residential burglary in the 0-99 block of Chevy Chase, north of the first burglary. Residents were away from their home since about 5:15 p.m. and found the back door kicked in.


Police enroute to canvass the neighborhood after the second burglary was reported, arrested a DUI driver on Johnson Drive about 10:44 p.m.

A third burglary was discovered by police, also in the 0-99 block of Chevy Chase. Buffalo Grove police are investigating.
