Arlington Heights police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 1:37 p.m. Friday to vehicle vs. bicycle incident on westbound Palatine Road frontage road east of Windsor. Police received a report that a 25-year-old male victim was struck by a vehicle while on his bicycle.
