It’s Labor Day Weekend and time to think about the close of the year and December when Tom Cruise reprises his role of IMF Agent Ethan Hunt. Filming took place in Dubai, Prague, Moscow, Mumbai, and Vancouver. Eye-popping scenes from Dubai’s highrise Burg Khalifa — the tallest structure in the world in 2011 — designed and engineered by Skidmore Owings and Merrill of Chicago. The building has 163 habitable floors with 46 maintenance levels in the spire above. The ‘roof’ of the spire is 2,717 feet.
