Palatine police reported a cannabis arrest after a traffic stop in the 2100 block of North Rand Road. Police pulled over a vehicle into the Flea Market parking lot of the flea market — former Menard’s location. Police transported one male/adult in custody to Palatine Police Department Headquarters. The driver’s vehicle was towed to a police holding area.
