Two Arrested After Call for Possible Burglars Checking Cars at Stonebridge Apartments Lot

Arlington Heights police received a report just just after midnight Sunday of two subjects looking into vehicles with a flashlight in the 500 block of West Rand Road.

Police received a report that two subjects in their 20’s were looking into cars with a flashlight. One subject was described as a male/white wearing a dark T-shirt and shorts and gym shoes, and another male/white subject wearing shorts. The subjects were last seen heading toward the 400 building, and were checking every car as they passed.

Police had two subjects in custody by 12:10 a.m. Sunday. both were transported in custody to Arlington Heights Police Department Headquarters. No word on whether the subjects possess vehicle burglary proceeds or whether any vehicles showed signs of forcible entry.
