Arlington Heights police received a report about 7:15 a.m. Tuesday of a theft that just occurred at the Jewel-Osco in the 400 block of East Rand Road. Police received a report that a man stole at least one bottle of liquor from the liquor department. The offender was described as a male/black that left the area in a beige Toyota Camry.
