Cary Police charged a 17-year-old male with a Class 3 felony — one count of aggravated battery and one count of domestic battery, a Class A misdemeanor after police and firefighter/paramedics responded to the stabbing of his 20-year-old brother Tuesday afternoon at 446 Ann Street.

A Flight For Life helicopter transported the 20-year-old older brother to Level I Trauma Center Advocate Condell Hospital in Libertyville. However, the injuries were reported to be non-lifethreatening.

A knife was recovered at the scene at the residence about two block east of Cary-Grove Community Hospital. The stabbing apparently stemmed from an argument.
