Arlington Heights police responded about 10:35 p.m. Thursday on the north side of town to a report of a suspicious incident. The address was not available. Police responded to a report that a person attempted to open the front door of a residence about 10:20 p.m.
Based on the beat car assigned, the incident occurred in a neighborhood between about Hintz Road and Oakton Street, west of Arlington Heights Road.
