Arlington Heights police received a solicitor complaint about 2:35 p.m. in the 1900 block of Coldspring Road. Police received a report that a solicitor opened the screen door of the residence, and that the resident at first thought the subject was attempting to break in the residence. The offender was described as a male/white wearing a GE Security Systems shirt.
