Dead Deer Found in Backyard on North Burke

#ad▼

Arlington Heights police and the the animal welfare officer responded about 8:10 a.m. Sunday to a report of a dead deer in the backyard of a home in the 2300 block of North Burke.

The deer was removed from the yard. No report of any foul play or intentional harm to the deer.

The residence is located near the Com Ed right-of-way for high tension power lines — possibly a common thoroughfare for deer in the area.
