Second Vehicle Burglary Reported on South Vail Ave

Arlington Heights police received a report about 1:45 p.m. Sunday of a burglary to vehicle in the 400 block of South Vail Avenue. Police received a report that a gold Ford Focus was burglarized and money was taken from the vehicle. The burglary is the second burglary reported on Vail Avenue.

Arlington Heights police are investigating several vehicle burglaries that were reported Sunday morning in the 700 block of North Pine Avenue. Also, a report of suspicious teen males that appeared to be checking vehicles on 600 block of South Dryden were reported last night about 1:00 a.m. Police also spotted the subjects running through backyards near Park Street and Dryden shortly after the report. Police searched the area, but did not find the subjects.
