Gun Fired Into The Air Near Lodge of Antioch, Main Street

Lake County Sheriff alerted police departments statewide that a male was sought for unlawful discharge of a weapon. Antioch police responded just before 2:10 a.m. Friday to a report of a male/white offender that fired a gun into the air in front of the Lodge of Antioch, 899 Main Street, Antioch.


Police were looking for a male/white 5’9″ 170 LBS about 27-years-old with brown hair in a pony tail and facial hair. The suspect was also reported to be wearing a black bomber jacket, blue jeans and tennis shoes.

The suspect was reported to have fled in a light blue, newer model Chevy Malibu, and was last seen by witness northbound on Main Street (Route 83).

The suspect was located by police at about 4:15 a.m. Friday. No word on any arrest or custody of the suspect.
