Arlington Heights police received a report about 12:50 PM Tuesday of retail theft at Target, 1700 East Rand Road. Police received a report that the theft of external hard drives were caught on video on Monday, February 14, 2011. The offender was visible on video. Arlington Heights police are investigating.
