Arlington Heights police responded about 3:05 PM Friday to a report of a fight in progress near the intersection of Pine and Grove. Police responded to a report of a fight involving a group of about 30 youths — about middle school age.
No weapons reported. Police arrived within one minute as the youths were walking northbound on Pine Avenue, just a few blocks from police headquarters.
Arlington Heights police are investigating. At least two juveniles were transported in custody to Arlington Heights Police Headquarters.
