Yorkshire Terrier Stolen at Petland, Found in Niles: James Horvath, Gabriel Bandy Arrested

After two anonymous tips, Hoffman Estates police Monday night charged James Horvath, 18, of the 5000 block of West Sunnyside Avenue, in Chicago, with felony retail theft. Police also charged Horvath’s cousin Gabriel D. Bandy, 24, of the 9200 block of Courtland Drive in Niles, with possession of stolen property.

Police found the 2½-month-old Yorkshire terrier at Bandy’s home in Niles, and transported the puppy to a veterinarian for a checkup.
