Arlington Heights police responded about 11:10 PM Monday to a report of an intentional traffic hazard at the intersection of Park and Roosevelt. Police received a report that Saran wrap was placed across the intersection and obstructing the intersection from one stop sign to another. No word on any arrest or police contact with the offender.
Police responded and made sure the intersection was cleared.
