Purse Theft from Shopping Cart Reported at Salvation Army Store

Arlington Heights police responded about 2:00 PM Saturday of a theft of a purse at the Salvation Army Store, 250 West Rand Road. A customer at the store reported that their purse was stolen out of a shopping cart while it was in the store.

  1. Since it’s in fashion to shop and “be seen” at the Salvation Army Thriftstore, the theft of a purse from one of these well-to-do ladies can bring quite a haul. Just my observation.
