Arlington Heights police responded about 10:45 PM Friday to a report of theft of services at Olive Garden restaurant, 630 East Rand Road. Arlington Heights police received a report that three teens dined and ditched on a $77 dollar bill. The theft of services was reported to Arlington Heights with plate information — license plate information. Arlington Heights police are investigating.
