Arlington Heights police responded about 12:50 PM Wednesday 11/10/2010 to report of a suspicious male asking for money in the parking lot of 9 West Rand between Barnes & Noble and Trader Joe’s. The man was described as a male/white, about 30-years-old with a shaved head and wearing a blue shirt. Police receved a report that this was the second consecutive day the man was standing in the parking lot asking for money.
About an hour later police received a call about a man with a similar description approaching women in the parking lot in front of Marshalls on East Rand Road.
