Glenview police and firefighter/paramedics responded just before 6:50 p.m. Monday to a report of a man in his thirties unconscious in an alley in the 3100 block of Glenview Road.
Police and paramedics arrived and found a 30-year-old man unconscious in a Glenview alley Monday. The police response arrived first and used an AED (Automatic External Defibrillator), which was followed by an advanced life support response by Glenview Fire Department firefighter/paramedics.
The man, identified as Logan D. Smith, 30, of Park Drive, Glenview, was transported to Glenbrook Hospital. He was pronounced dead at 7:32 p.m.
A death investigation is underway by Glenview police detectives and the Cook County Medical Examiner.
