Arlington Heights police received a report about 2:15 PM Wednesday of a hit-and run crash in the 0-99 block of South Vail Avenue in the village parking garage. A vehicle was hit on Level 2 on the north side of the parking garage. Information unavailable as to whether the car was hit while parked or while the the victim’s car was being driven. Arlington Heights police are investigating.
